No cost, no obligation rate and service analysis

At TLM, we firmly believe that a true business partnership is achieved only by gaining a genuine and thorough understanding of your specific transportation needs.

To begin this process, we will perform a detailed analysis of the rates and service of your current providers. This analysis will be performed at absolutely no cost or obligation to you. To accomplish this, we will need the following information from you:

• Copies of Invoices and Bills of Lading for all outbound shipments for the past 1-3 months.
• Copies of Invoices and Delivery Receipts for all inbound shipments for the past 1-3 months.
• Specific information regarding any special moves you have that require special handling (service, equipment, etc.).
• A copy of your UPS usage log for a 2–4 week period.

Once our analysis is completed, we will present you a detailed report comparing the rates and service of your current providers with the rates and service you will receive from TLM.

At TLM, we will invest the time to thoroughly understand your business and will provide the most comprehensive solution to meet your needs.
