- Each individual Bill of Lading is properly prepared.
- Your shipment is moved by a carrier that will meet your specific service
requirements.
- When special handling of your shipment is required, we work with the carriers
to ensure your needs are met.
- Every pickup is verified to ensure it is made on time.
- Each shipment is traced on a daily basis to ensure it is moving to make
on-time service.
- Each shipment is traced on a daily basis to ensure it is moving in tact.
When shortages and/or overages are discovered in transit, we work to resolve
the exception prior to delivery.
- Every delivery is verified to ensure it is made on time and without exception.
- We verify the accurate freight charges on every bill and work to dispute
and resolve any unwarranted charges prior to invoicing you. Your invoices
will be accurate.
- We will assist and represent you in the resolution of a shortage, damage
or any resulting claim.
