At TLM, our NVOCC Express Program offers a logistics solution designed specifically for the NVOCC / Freight Forwarder community. We recognize the specific needs of the international shipping community and have designed a program to meet your needs. We utilize a vast array of carriers providing LTL, TL and expedited services.

This program starts with an accurate and timely rate quote process:

• Rates are provided to you by TLM via e-mail or by filling out a standard fax form.
• Information needed: Origin, Destination, Cube, and Weight. No Class Required.
• We provide timely rate quotes to enable you to quickly provide charges to your Overseas offices.
• Scale rates are available to quote your shipments on a per hundred weight basis.

Once the rate is accepted by you, the following procedures are implemented:

• Pick-up orders are e-mailed to TLM, or faxed, if a Delivery Order is required.
• On the export side we contact the shipper and confirm ready time and provide a completed Bill of Lading reflecting the proper Booking or AWB#.
• On the import side we provide document pick-up as well as coordination with local warehouses and CFS Stations.
• We confirm that your shipment is picked-up and we trace it on a daily basis to insure your shipment meets the required cut-off date and time.
